Conacul Grigorescu is a Slow Food destination in the UNESCO Global Geopark Buzău (Romania), combining a farm-to-table restaurant, a Slow Food shop and a small guest-house with 3 apartment. Guests can explore regional ingredients and traditions through seasonal menus, product and wine tastings, thematic food corners, cooking classes and culinary workshops for adults and children. Dining (farm-to-table lunch) is based on local, artisanal products from Buzău County and Dealu Mare Wine Region, with a strong focus on storytelling, transparency, and sustainability.
